Society Hill Towers (External Link) is a three building condominium development located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It contains three 31 story skyscraper buildings on a 5 acre site. The towers were completed in 1963, and were designed by I.M. Pei. Those who sail regularly on the Delaware River in the Penn's Landing vicinity, can clearly see the Society Hill Towers as a landmark. These modern buildings contrast with the surrounding neighborhood's historic residential homes, a juxtaposition that it not atypical to the Philadelphia landscape.
